We objectively validate the suitability of a candidate’s personality and skills for a job position. Nowadays, professionals in job selection pay attention to the character, the behaviour and the motivations of a candidate, especially if he needs to carry out significant responsibilities. Sometimes, learning skills and social skills can be more important than sheer knowledge.

We set up skills and personality assessments that guide a candidate in his career orientation or evolution, intra or extra muros in order to :
