AIGUILLAGE'S HISTORY
When they realized that many women around them were going through periods of self-doubt, asking themselves crucial questions at particular times of their lives - for example after giving birth, or after the departure of children, or following a break-up, or even when they felt ill-at-ease at work - the co-founders of AIGUILLAGE created in 2001 a structure tailored to these women’s needs.
The initial mission of AIGUILLAGE was to help women analyze their situation, and get in touch with their innate potential and identity, unrestrained by the various roles they take on in their everyday lives. To achieve this, the co-founders of AIGUILLAGE created personal and professional assessments to let their clients regain self-confidence, minimize their fears about the professional environment and, hence, envision new paths for the future by establishing realistic projects.
Soon, men that wanted to get in touch with their deeper identity or change their work conditions also became AIGUILLAGE clients, as did young people who needed to be guided and oriented in the choice of their studies.
Over time, AIGUILLAGE expanded its offerings in order to provide specific interventions for companies, and regularly works for entities such as banks, communities, work-psychology and recruitment offices, training center of the EPFL (the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne), etc. AIGUILLAGE was given a mandate in 2008 to complete assessments for the HR department of a multinational company in Saudi Arabia.
AIGUILLAGE is constantly adapting itself to respond to the changing needs of its varied clientele.
