Our actions are adapted to various situations such as :

                        ¨   team formation: bring to light  everyone’s skills from the  start

                        ¨   team cohesion:  reduce compartmentalization by improving communication between the members of the team. Each member becomes                                    aware of the action of the others

                        ¨   team merger: integrate staff within new entities   

                        ¨   group profile: analyze the functioning profile of a team or a group that emphasizes the assets and possible weaknesses of it.

 

A team-building effort generates strategic actions that develop mobilization on the one hand, and vision (capacity of enhancing resources and means) on the other hand in order to:

                        ¨   improve the team’s functioning and cohesion

                        ¨   specify roles and responsibilities

                        ¨   enhance each one’s potential

                        ¨   increase the team’s performance level.


The aim is not only to achieve personal and collective harmony: team building is a necessity for the  optimal management of a company.
